The General Rule
If you didn’t create it and/or you don’t own the copyright to it, you must get permission to use it, except for Fair Use; Using a limited amount of a copyright-protected work for news, educational or informational purposes without consent may be permissible as a “Fair Use”.
The graphics, designs, characters, logos and wording on this site belong to JOJI®, L.L.C. and they are trademarked/copyrighted by JOJI®, L.L.C. If you steal it, “borrow” it, misappropriate it, or use it in any way you will be sued for damages, lawyer’s fees, civil charges, etc. The Internet has made it so easy to find when our intellectual property has been stolen. There are loads of other artists and designers who follow our products, designs and imagery, and they always inform us of potential wrongdoing. To date, JOJI®, L.L.C. has collected over $100,000 in damages from people who loved our products, designs, logos, characters and imagery so much, they figured they’d just steal it and use it as their own. We have an intellectual property lawyer, and she loves to litigate.

The collection of all content on this site is the property of JOJI® Yogurt, L.L.C., under license from JOJI®, L.L.C. and is protected by U.S. and international trademark/copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy, portions of this site for the purpose of placing an order with JOJI® Yogurt, L.L.C. Any other use of materials on this website, including reproduction for purposes other than those permitted above, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance, without the prior written permission of JOJI®, L.L.C. is strictly prohibited.

above copyrighted or trademarked items are being used without the written
permission of JOJI®, L.L.C., JOJI®, L.L.C. is prepared to prosecute to the fullest extent that the law permits. This includes fines, civil charges, lawyer fees, statutory damages, and/or criminal charges. The person infringing upon our policy is not the only person who can be held responsible. JOJI®, L.L.C. can prosecute the person, website owner, and the hosting company and/or search engines (e.g. Google®). Negligence towards intellectual property theft, federal and state copyright law and/or misdirection or misguidance brought about by or on behalf of a third party entity does not constitute reasonable grounds for infringement of these aforementioned copyrighted and trademarked materials and will be disregarded in the event JOJI ® , L.L.C. moves forward with legal action.
If copyright and/or trademark infringement is detected, JOJI ® , L.L.C. has many
options, which includes sending a Cease and Desist Letter. JOJI ® , L.L.C. can opt to immediately file a lawsuit demanding statutory damages and lawyer fees. Please note that a Cease and Desist Letter is not mandatory. This letter is a warning to let the person know that we plan to aggressively protect our intellectual property, if the stolen or borrowed information isn’t removed immediately. If JOJI®, L.L.C. opts to file a lawsuit, the person and/or company responsible for the infringement may find themselves responsible for extensive attorney fees and court costs just to defend their action. JOJI®, L.L.C. is prepared to seek action against those parties found to have infringed on the illegal use or misuse of the contents of this website, regardless of the degree of infringement. JOJI®, L.L.C. has invested in strict website monitoring capabilities and practices to ensure the sanctity and proper usage of its displayed content and capabilities within the website.
Website and Domain Name UsesProper use of our Marks and Logos on websites to name or accurately describe JOJI® Branded products or services is permitted. The use of our Marks and Logos should not be misleading or likely to cause confusion as to whether the website is sponsored by or affiliated with the JOJI® Brand or whether the products or services are offered by JOJI ® . Any principal or secondary level domain name should not be identical to or virtually identical to any of JOJI®, L.L.C’s Marks or Logos.
The website owner should not register any domain name containing our Marks or Logos and should not claim any trademark or similar proprietary rights in the domain name. For example, “jojiapparel.com”, “jojitshirts.com”, “jojileggings.com” are not allowed. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action. The website should otherwise comply with domain name registry policies and applicable laws regarding trademark infringement and dilution.
Social MediaAny and all use of the JOJI® Brand Marks, Logos or Characters in connection with account names, profiles, avatars or handles on social media platforms, is subject to the same guidelines set forth herein as for other uses. The use of any of the JOJI® Brand Marks, Logos or Characters in an account name, profile name, as an avatar, or in a handle on social media platforms is not permitted.
All visitors to this site agree that usage is at will and at your own risk. This site
(including all content and functions made available or accessed through this site) is provided “as-is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOJI®, L.L.C. makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever about the (1) accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of any content published on or made available through this site, or (2) that the server that makes this site available free of viruses and other components that may infect, harm, or cause damage to your computer equipment or any other property when you access, browse, download from, or otherwise use this site. These terms and conditions and any additional terms posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between JOJI®, L.L.C. and website visitors with respect to individual use of this site. If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, so as to effect the intent of this agreement, and the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
