JOJI® GEAR ORDERS

How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I changed my mind. Can I Cancel or Modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team, via email at: cs@jojigear.com, to request a cancellation or modification. 
After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color and quantity, then specify the item(s) you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.
Can’t find it? Don’t panic, just contact us, and one of our customer representatives will help you!

Just after your order has been successfully placed.
What is the type of currency supported by your store?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on JOJI® is custom made just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to process & manufacture and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.
Please note: Some of our items are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email upon shipping of your order. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 15 days of order placement, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist!
* Please note: It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the shippers tracking system.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days, after having ordered, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help you!

How much is shipping?

Use the shipping chart information provided on our product pages via the Shipping tab.

How do I send to multiple addresses?

Sorry, that option is Not Available at this time. 

Can I send a Gift Note?

Sorry, the Gift Note option is Not Available at this time for JOJI® Gear products.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do? 

For any changes within 12 hrs after ordering, contact our customer service team, via email at: cs@jojigear.com
As every single item on JOJI® is made to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service department for assistance.

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconveniences and we’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.
